Investments made for customers to be successful and continually talking to them about their expectations. These were some of the themes highlighted in LandHQ‘s Annual Employee Meeting at Moss Vale Golf Club this week, attended by staff from LandHQ and Agriquip by LandHQ with representatives from John Deere ANZ and Hutcheon & Pearce.

The LandHQ team discussed the united vision across three dealerships in Penrith, Bowral and Queanbeyan and took a deep-dive into the resources, improved parts capability and after-market support to continue driving value and knowledgeable service into the year ahead.

As part of the event James Evins (Managing Director) was joined by Peter Wanckel (Managing Director at John Deere Limited – Australia/New Zealand) and Arron Hutcheon (Hutcheon and Pearce, 2018 John Deere Dealer Of The Year with 11 dealerships through NSW) in a wide-ranging panel discussion and Q&A session.

Peter Wanckel spoke to the team about Precision Ag technology, including ‘Connected Support’ as a path to the future in improving productivity while giving customers aftermarket support.

Connected Support opens up dealer and factory machine connections to monitor equipment health and remote decision-making. This remote diagnosis can solve problems to reduce any downtime and potentially eliminate a dealer service call-out, saving on expenses.
